Cancellations and refunds

Last updated 23 October 2026

The short version

  • Tickets are non-refundable and can't be changed once booked.
  • They're open-dated: use yours on any open day up to the "valid until" date (7 days from purchase).
  • We refund you in full if we can't deliver your ticket, if you were charged twice, or if the garden is closed for your ticket's whole validity period.
  • To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your booking reference.

1. All sales are final

Your ticket is issued as soon as you pay, so it can't be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or moved to another person or ticket type once booked. Please check your ticket type, number of guests and email address before you pay.

We can't give refunds for:

2. How long your ticket is valid

Tickets are open-dated. You can use yours on any day the garden is open, up to the "valid until" date shown at checkout and on your ticket (currently 7 days from the date you buy it). Unused tickets expire after that date and can't be refunded or extended.

3. When we will refund you

Your rights under UAE consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your booking reference, the name and email address used for the booking, and what happened. Please contact us within 14 days of your ticket's "valid until" date. We aim to reply within two working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, for the amount you paid. Because your payment was taken by our booking partner, the refund may show under their name on your statement. After we've processed a refund, your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it. We can't refund to a different card or in cash.

6. Payment disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. It's usually the quickest way to put it right.
