Terms of sale

The short version
- Bloomtopia is an independent seller of Dubai Miracle Garden tickets, run by Bloomtopia Flowers – L.L.C – S.P.C. We're not the garden's official website.
- You pay the price shown, in UAE dirhams, VAT included. Your e-ticket arrives by email as soon as your payment goes through.
- Tickets are open-dated and valid until the date shown at checkout. They're non-refundable, except in the cases in our cancellations and refunds policy.
- Your visit follows the garden's own rules and opening hours.
1. Who we are
bloomtopia.ae ("Bloomtopia", "we", "us") is run by Bloomtopia Flowers – L.L.C – S.P.C, a company licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi Economic Licence No. CN-5666456). You can reach us at [email protected].
Bloomtopia is an independent ticket seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Dubai Miracle Garden or Dubai Butterfly Garden. Their names belong to their owners.
2. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy tickets on this website. By completing a booking you accept them, together with our privacy policy and our cancellations and refunds policy. Please read them before you book.
3. What we sell
We sell admission tickets to Dubai Miracle Garden, and a combo ticket that also includes Dubai Butterfly Garden. Tickets are supplied through our booking partner, Traveldesk, and are issued for entry by the attractions.
The attractions run the visit itself. Opening hours, entry checks, displays and park rules are set by them and can change.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are per person, in UAE dirhams (AED), and include VAT.
- Everyone aged 3 and over needs a ticket. Children under 3 enter free and don't need one. People of Determination enter free with a valid card, as set by the garden.
- You pay at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The checkout is provided by Traveldesk and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your payment is taken by our booking partner, so your card or bank statement may show their name rather than Bloomtopia.
- If a price on our site is obviously wrong, for example because of a typing mistake, we may cancel the booking and refund you in full.
5. Your booking and e-ticket
- Your booking is confirmed when your payment is accepted. Your e-ticket with its QR code is then emailed to you. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us.
- Please check your ticket type, number of guests and email address before you pay. Tickets can't be changed once issued.
- Keep your QR code to yourself. Each code admits one person, once, so whoever shows it first gets in.
- Tickets are for your personal use and may not be resold.
6. Using your ticket
- Tickets are open-dated. You can use yours on any day the garden is open, up to the "valid until" date shown at checkout and on your ticket (currently 7 days from the date you buy it). Unused tickets expire after that date.
- Opening hours are set by the attractions and can change, for example on public holidays. Dubai Butterfly Garden closes earlier than Dubai Miracle Garden (currently at 6pm), so if you have a combo ticket, visit it first.
- Staff may ask for an Emirates ID or passport to check a child's age.
- You must follow the attractions' rules on the day. They may refuse entry, or ask visitors to leave, for safety reasons or if their rules are broken. Tickets aren't refundable in that case.
7. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and can't be changed once booked, except as set out in our cancellations and refunds policy. That policy also explains what happens if the garden is closed.
8. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for selling you a valid ticket and getting it to you. The attractions are responsible for the visit itself, including their facilities, displays and safety.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather or closures ordered by the authorities, but our refunds policy explains what we'll do if the garden is closed for your ticket's whole validity period.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law, or any liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Using this website
We give information about the garden (opening hours, routes, events) in good faith to help you plan, but the attractions can change things at short notice. Please check the details that matter to you before you go.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your booking.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. If we can't settle a problem together, the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
