The story of the nation
Foster + Partners designed the museum around five steel towers inspired by a falcon's wing feathers; the tallest rises 123 metres and the towers work as chimneys that draw warm air out. You arrive along Al Masar Garden, a 600-metre walk between the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Natural History Museum, then follow the galleries from the region's earliest people to the founding of the UAE.

- The 8,000-year-old Abu Dhabi Pearl
- The Magan Boat
